– commissioned work. . I do commissioned photography for companies, design agencies, and advertising agencies. I prefer to keep my scope as broad as possible; the variety keeps me sharp. I photograph people and portraits in the studio or on location, but just as easily a production process, a machine, or an object on a studio table. For me, the subject is actually never the end point. I am primarily curious about what I can do with it. I look for an image that adds something. Sometimes through light, sometimes through an unexpected perspective or a small intervention, and sometimes by making something very simple special. I try not only to show what something is, but above all how I see it. But always within the framework of a commission. That is perhaps also the similarity with my personal work: staying curious, experimenting, and trying to get the best out of something or someone. –
